Welcome to The Most Promising Manager, an esteemed platform dedicated to identifying and nurturing future leaders in Marathwada. Since its inception in 2023, this initiative by NSBT has continued to evolve, empowering aspiring managers with unparalleled opportunities for growth and development.

In the 2024 edition, we witnessed a remarkable turnout, with 60 participants registering for Round 1. This round commenced with a rigorous Aptitude Test, comprising 50 questions spanning Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness. Following this, 20 standout performers advanced to Round 2.

Round 2 posed a unique challenge, presenting participants with a video case analysis centered around the Sully Leadership case. Inspired by the heroic actions of Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger during the emergency landing of US Airways Flight 1549 on the Hudson River, this case assessed participants' managerial prowess, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate complex scenarios. Mr Sanjay Datta, VP of Endurance Technologies graced the occasion and distributed the certificates to the participants who qualified for Round 2.

For the Grand Finale, the top 6 finalists faced an industry jury, where they showcased their strategic insights and leadership potential under real-world scrutiny. Institute of Forensic Science walked away with the title of The Most Promising Manager 2024 while Mr Aditya Laddha from MGM Institute of Management & Research was the 1st Runner Up and Mr Rohan Jogdande from Vivekanand College was the 2nd Runner Up. Mr Sunil Kirdak, the Chair of CII MZC and MD of Tooltech Toolings was the Chief Guest for the prize distribution ceremony of the Grand Finale.
